Parlay: Atlanta Braves VS Oakland Athletics 2025-07-09

Same Game Parlay Pick: Atlanta Braves -1.5 & Over 10.5 Runs
Bookmaker: LowVig.ag
Combined Odds: +357 (4.57 decimal)

### Why This Parlay?
1. Braves -1.5 Spread (2.43 odds):
- The Braves are favored by 1.5 runs, and their lineup (Olson, Ozuna, Riley) has the power to cover. Starter Bryce Elder’s 5.92 ERA raises concerns, but the Athletics’ pitching staff (4.06 ERA for Spence) isn’t elite.
- Implied probability: ~41.15% (1 / 2.43).

2. Over 10.5 Runs (1.88 odds):
- Elder’s 5.92 ERA and the Athletics’ .335 team batting average (led by Jacob Wilson) suggest a high-scoring game. The total is set at 10.5, and both teams have recent slumps to overcome.
- Implied probability: ~53.76% (1 / 1.88).

Combined Implied Probability: ~22.1% (1 / 4.57).
Profit on $100 Bet: $357 (if both legs win).

### Key Stats to Watch:
- Braves’ Power: Matt Olson (17 HRs, 58 RBI) and Austin Riley’s threat to hit multiple dingers.
- Athletics’ Offense: Jacob Wilson (.335 BA) could exploit Elder’s inconsistency.
- Pitching Matchup: Elder vs. Spence (4.06 ERA) — both have shaky control, increasing run potential.

Verdict: This parlay balances the Braves’ likely spread cover with the over’s high probability due to weak pitching. LowVig.ag offers the best combined odds, making it the smartest same-game play.

Note: All bets must be placed at the same bookmaker (LowVig.ag) to qualify as a parlay.
