Parlay: Seattle Mariners VS Chicago Cubs 2025-06-20

Best Same-Game Parlay for Cubs vs. Mariners (June 20, 2025):
Chicago Cubs to Win + Under 9.5 Runs
Odds: ~+239 (1.71 x 1.98)

### Why This Parlay?
1. Cubs to Win (1.71):
- Cade Horton (3.47 ERA) is a strong arm with a 3-1 record.
- Cubs are 24-13 at home and 36-15 in games they’re favored.
- Seattle’s George Kirby (5.96 ERA) has struggled this season.

2. Under 9.5 Runs (1.98):
- SportsLine projects just 8.3 combined runs.
- Horton’s ERA (3.47) and the Cubs’ 3.62 team ERA vs. Kirby’s 5.96 ERA favor a low-scoring game.
- Cubs rank 9th in MLB in team ERA; Mariners are 15th in runs scored (317).

### Key Stats to Note:
- Cubs’ Offense: 5.4 runs/game, but they’ve gone Under in 37 of 74 games this season.
- Mariners’ Offense: 15th in MLB in runs (317), with Kirby’s high ERA suggesting vulnerability.

### How to Build the Parlay:
- Bookmakers Offering Best Odds:
- Cubs to Win: 1.71 (BetUS, MyBookie.ag)
- Under 9.5 Runs: 1.98 (LowVig.ag)
- Total Return: ~+239 (1.71 x 1.98).

### Final Verdict:
This parlay balances the Cubs’ strong pitching and the model’s Under projection. Horton vs. Kirby is a mismatch, and the Cubs’ home dominance (24-13) gives them a clear edge. The Under is a smart hedge against a high-scoring game, especially with Kirby’s ERA and the Cubs’ stingy bullpen.

Take the Cubs to win and the total to stay Under 9.5. 🎯
