Prop Bets: Philadelphia 76ers VS Brooklyn Nets 2025-07-18

Nets vs. 76ers: A Summer League Showdown as Boring as a Tax Audit

The Brooklyn Nets (home underdogs at +1.5, 2.04 decimal) and Philadelphia 76ers (-1.5, 1.78 decimal) are set to duel in a game so evenly matched it’ll make a spreadsheet weep. Per the odds, the 76ers are the slight favorite, but their implied probability of 56.18% feels about right—Brooklyn’s odds of 49.02% are basically a free pick if you’re betting on chaos.

Spread Alert: Philly’s -1.5 line is as tempting as a free sample at Costco, but remember: summer league rotations are chaos. Bet the spread only if you enjoy losing money to players named “Undrafted G League Journeyman.”

Totals: The Over/Under is 178.5 points (-110). Given these teams’ collective commitment to “defend like a spreadsheet,” the Under might be the safer bet. Or maybe not. Summer League basketball is just math teachers having a fistfight.

Player Props? None here, folks. This game is a statistical wasteland. If you really want a prop, bet on how many times a player will trip over their own shoelaces. Odds not provided.

Final Verdict: This game is a coin flip with a PhD in mediocrity. Grab a hot dog, yell “I told you he was a one-trick pony!” at the TV, and hope someone remembers to play actual basketball by August.

All odds as of July 17, 2025. Bet responsibly, or don’t—this is summer league, not your 401(k). 🏀💸
