Denver Nuggets vs. Charlotte Hornets: A Lopsided Laugher (With a Side of Props)

The Denver Nuggets (-10.5) are here to stomp the Charlotte Hornets, per the odds, and honestly? The math agrees. With a 82.2% implied win probability (based on the -461 moneyline), Denver’s dominance is as inevitable as a Nikola Jokic triple-double. The Hornets, missing LaMelo Ball and Collin Sexton, are 7-16 on the season and somehow managed to hold Atlanta to 86 points last time. Good luck replicating that magic and scoring 110+ here.

Key Numbers to Note:
- Total Points: 235.5 (Over/Under). With Denver’s 114.2 PPG and Charlotte’s 108.3 PPG, this feels like a “Nuggets blow it out, Hornets stay in single digits” kind of night.
- Nikola Jokic: Over 29.5 points (-111) is a lock. He’s averaged 32.1 PPG in his last 5 games. Bring it.
- Jamal Murray: Over 6.5 assists (-108). Murray’s dishing like a 5-star chef—7.2 APG recently.
- Brandon Miller: Under 21.5 points (-107). Charlotte’s star is 16.8 PPG on the season; the Nuggets’ defense will make him 14.3.

Prop Pick of the Night:
Kon Knueppel’s Three-Pointers Under 3.5 (-135): The Hornets’ rookie is 1.8 per game. Facing Denver’s D? Yikes.

Why It’s a Laugher:
Denver’s 8-0 on the road this season but 0-5 ATS as a double-digit favorite. Classic “overconfident juggernaut” vibes. Charlotte’s last win? A 111-86 beatdown of Atlanta. Can they shock us again? Only if “shock” means “Nuggets score 130 and we take the under.”

Final Verdict:
Denver wins 122-103. Jokic logs a 30/10/10. Kon Knueppel shoots 0-5 from deep. The Hornets’ “fighting spirit” ends at 235.5.

Tip-off: 7:00 PM ET. Spread: Denver -10.5 (-110). Take the points, laugh all the way to the bank. 🏀💰
