Prop Bets: Los Angeles Lakers VS New Orleans Pelicans 2025-11-14

Lakers vs. Pelicans: A Tale of Two Teams in Turmoil
The Los Angeles Lakers (-9.5, -115) face the New Orleans Pelicans in a mismatch of misfortunes. Both teams are decimated by injuries, but Luka Doncic’s 34.9 PPG and Austin Reaves’ 28.3 PPG give the Lakers a statistical edge. The Pelicans, missing Zion and Murray, are a shell of their potential, with Derik Queen (13.5 PPG) and Saddiq Bey (14.5 PPG) struggling to carry the load.

Key Props to Target
- Luka Doncic Over 33.5 Points (-104): His 34.9 PPG average makes this a near-lock.
- Austin Reaves Over 24.5 Points (-110): Reaves’ 28.3 PPG suggests he’ll eclipse this line.
- Under 227.5 Total Points (-110): The Pelicans’ fractured roster and the Lakers’ porous defense (114.3 PPG allowed) hint at a low-scoring affair.

Why the Lakers Win
Despite missing LeBron and multiple role players, the Lakers’ depth (Reaves, Hachimura) and Luka’s elite playmaking (8.5 AST) should outclass a Pelicans team without their stars. The spread reflects Luka’s dominance and the Pelicans’ instability.

Final Verdict
Lakers -9.5 (-115) for the cover. Bet Luka Over 33.5 points and Under 227.5 total. Avoid Pelicans props—this is a one-man show in reverse.
