Prop Bets: Philadelphia Phillies VS Pittsburgh Pirates 2025-06-06

The Philadelphia Phillies, with their impressive 37-25 record, are set to take on the Pittsburgh Pirates, who are struggling at 23-39. The Phillies are listed as -144 favorites, and for good reason - they've won 26 of 35 games with odds of -144 or shorter. Meanwhile, the Pirates have only managed to win 10 of 30 games with odds of +120 or more.

The Phillies' strong offense, ranking 7th in MLB with 4.7 runs per game, will likely give the Pirates' pitching staff a run for their money. Keep an eye on Kyle Schwarber, Trea Turner, and Bryce Harper, who are sure to make some noise. On the other side, the Pirates' Oneil Cruz and Bryan Reynolds will try to lead their team to an upset.

As for the odds, the Phillies are priced at 1.74 to win, while the Pirates are at 2.15. The over/under is set at 9.0, with the over priced at 1.91 and the under at 1.91. If you're feeling bold, you could take the Phillies to cover the -1.5 spread, priced at 2.2.

In terms of player props, it's worth considering Kyle Schwarber to hit a home run, given his power at the plate. However, no specific player prop odds are available at this time.

All in all, it's looking like a long night for the Pirates. But hey, that's why they play the game, right? The Phillies should come out on top, but don't count out the Pirates just yet. After all, upsets are what make baseball so exciting.
