Prop Bets: Toronto Blue Jays VS New York Yankees 2025-09-07

Toronto Blue Jays vs. New York Yankees – September 7, 2025
The Bronx Zoo meets the Batcave, and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is here to swing for the fences like a man possessed.

The Moneyline:
The Blue Jays (+239) are underdogs, but don’t let that fool you—they’re here to rob the Yankees’ hopes and leave them crying in the alley. The Yankees (-310) are favored, which is just a fancy way of saying “we’re banking on Luis Gil not throwing another mid-90s fastball up in the zone.”

The Spread:
Toronto +1.5 (-110) to cover? Absolutely. Gil’s ERA (5.12 xERA) is like a broken calculator—useless. Guerrero’s OPS vs. Gil? A superhero-level 1.500. This game is a one-man show for Toronto’s slugger.

The Total:
Over 8.5 (-110) is a lock. Gil’s opponents (Yankees hitters) are batting .272. It’s like sending a toddler into a room full of candy—disaster is inevitable.

Player Props:
1. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. Over 1.5 Total Bases (+110):
This man’s been averaging 5.33 bases per game lately. Against Gil? He’s 2-for-4 with a double and three walks. Call it 52.4% implied—Vlad’s not just playing, he’s here to teach the Yankees a lesson in OPS.

2. George Springer Over 2.5 Total Bases (+525):
Springer’s hitting .421 over his last 10 games. But 2.5 TB? That’s like asking a vegan to eat a steak—unlikely. The implied odds (16.1%) are a joke. Skip this one.

Final Prediction:
The Blue Jays win 4-2 because Guerrero goes 3-for-4 with a double and a walk-off RBI single. The Yankees’ pitching staff? They’ll throw 80% fastballs up in the zone and call it “strategy.”

TL;DR: Bet the Jays, Vlad’s gonna carry them, and George Springer’s prop bet is a waste of your hard-earned cash. Go bet on something else, like whether Aaron Judge will finally learn to bunt. 🐉⚾
